DESCRIPTION:<p>A FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organised from 22/09
 /2025 to 24/09/2025 in Almaty\, by the Kazakhstan Chess Federation\, under
  the auspices of FIDE.</p>\n<p>The Lecturer will be IA Vardapetyan\, Ashot
  (ARM)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and Assistant Lecturer will be IA/IO Turdialiev\,
  Husan (UZB)\, FIDE Lecturer.</p>\n<p>The language of the Seminar will be 
 Russian.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, 
 according to the Regulations for the titles of Arbiters.</p>\n<p><strong>S
